Shipping policy

Free tracked shipping on every order.

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

Delivery time. Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 10–15 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, customs or peak seasons.

Tracking. Every order ships with a tracking number, which we send to your email once your package is on its way.

Where we ship. We currently ship to the United States.

Lost or delayed packages. If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days or your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, contact us at support@lovanar.com and we'll help you right away.

Wrong address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of placing your order so we can try to update it.
